I placed an order with Beauty Store Depot and was invoiced on the 2nd of December 23rd. I didn't receive my purchase. I tried to reach the company using the 1-800 phone number, but it said: "busy." I clicked on the web link in the confirmation email and got Dermava (formerly Beauty Store Depot). It is not a good idea to give my details to them! I called their phone number but could not connect unless I set up a patient profile.
The products we purchased at the Beauty Depot store and paid for with crecardscard were made almost immediately. I contacted the company in the middle of February (3 months after the order was received). Someone apologized; however, after another ten days, we haven't heard from any product yet.

Additionally, the bottle did not have a seal of safety on the bottle as I opened it, similar to the ones that this product typically contains. It makes me uncomfortable to try it.
