I cannot express my joy and appreciation for discovering the paradise in Araya. I get the best attention every time I walk in, regardless of whether I purchase anything. The highly knowledgeable staff do nothing to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. Crowns... is unbeatable and among the top in NY and possibly the world. They are of excellent quality. I will never buy an item from another store.

The first piece was fine, but the second was the most awful
I bought two items from Hayden. I suffer from the alopecia and wear them frequently. The first piece was fine, but the second was the most awful. People constantly tell me that the hair that mixes with real. When I tried to get it filled, I was charged 600 dollars. The hair they filled it with is undoubtedly fake. The hair is burning every time I play with my hair. I'm incredibly annoyed. I'm thinking of returning to J. Flesher for my next piece.

My experience was a disaster! It was not the game of catching the bait, low quality, inefficiency, lack of honesty, or the careless attitude of the proprietor; it was all awful! My experience was lengthy and culminated when I went to the store to pick up my device and then had them take an item off the floor. They were the samples that customers would test every day and then try to make appear as my own. The owners explained that they had sold my unit. My team fully paid for it and sold it to a different person.

The first time I came across the website on Instagram and knew I had to visit the salon to put on a crown. The moment I put on my savy spice crown, I was instantly in love. I was a woman with thin hair that was fine and straight. This is something I've been seeking for years.
This crown is everything more. I am so happy, and I'll never take off this crown. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating; I'll be returning for a crown. You should be amazed by how gorgeous Araya is.
VERY comfortable
Honestly, I have NEVER in my LIFE gotten such special treatment. Araya's hair consultations are much like the VERY INDIVIDUALISTIC consultations you'd have at the doctor's office: VERY comfortable, SUPER attentive, EXTRAORDINARILY patient.
I ask TONS of questions, go back and forth between changing my mind, trying on a trillion units, asking the manager (Lisa) to take pictures, and NOTHING feels like a bother to them. They treat you like they WANT you to be there.
They provide you with so much care that you want to chill there for the day.
The space is bright, white, and chic... The music is funky and calm, they're burning sage, we're all laughing, and in the meantime, they're taking their time with you as you TRANSFORM.
They make it clear that these are not WIGS honey. These are CROWNS. And on top of that, the owner, Hadiya, gave me a GENEROUS discount when she saw that I was struggling with the price.
I feel confident and self-assured because of the crowns and because I now know I have a trusted business to rely on for the coming years. I am beyond satisfied.
