The chairs were shipped poorly and arrived bent on their legs. I contacted the company to report it and was advised to smash the chairs using the Hammer. This didn't go effectively.
Uneven Stitching and Thin Cushion Bring Down Packers Bar Stool
As a passionate Green Bay Packers fan, I was eager to purchase a bar stool from American Chair showcasing my team pride. The price point initially appealed to me. However, the unexpectedly high shipping costs reduced the value.
Upon receiving the stool, I noticed some quality issues with uneven stitching and fabric snags that could damage clothing. Compared to similar sports-themed bar stools purchased elsewhere, this Packer's chair fell short with a thinner cushion and problems with craftsmanship.
While returns weren't possible given the custom nature, I remain hopeful that providing these weren't can lead to improvements by the American Chair. There’s certainly demand for officially licensed products repping fans’ favorites. There'sAddressing the shipping, quality, consistency, and comfort would go a long way. At its best, American Chair's sports furniture offers affordable ways for fans to showcase their spirit to improve and serve their customers better in sports communities.

The upholstery is impeccable
We contacted American Chairs to inquire about possible colors for chairs to be matched to a table. Brad received samples of the post to our home within the next day! Six Lucy dining chairs were delivered before the time specified. They are top-of-the-line! The frame construction is solid. The upholstery is impeccable, and I'm no doubt that it will last for the rest of my life.

I purchased chairs over 20 years ago, and they're still amazing! I relocated to a new home and bought an oak whisky table. I needed a stool that could travel around; the only spot I had in mind was American Chairs. ....I can't even describe how sturdy and long-lasting these chairs and stools are. We placed our order for the table in December. We received the chairs and stool in the middle of January, and the table was delivered at the beginning of February. It wasn't too long of a wait for the quality level built into every piece. We are happy with our chairs, table, and stool. The company was terrific to work with. They informed us when they would deliver the items and all tracking numbers so that we could monitor the delivery. We are happy with the service!

What else can I say? I smile whenever I glance at my dining room table and chairs. I am in love with them! The communication throughout the process was excellent. Brad was above and beyond. I was making such a purchase without the opportunity to inspect the product was daunting for me. However, there was no reason for me to be nervous. Communication and then the packaging was excellent. The manufacturer discontinued the original fabric I picked. However, the manufacturer offered to assist in selecting a new material that I found appealing. The stool arrived and was top-of-the-line, just what I needed—excellently handled. Fantastic product and excellent service.
They were shipped quickly
We purchased five seats for the bar. They were shipped quickly and arrived in good condition and packed. They look fantastic and are incredibly sturdy. They were easy to assemble (I turned the shipping box upside down and set it up as a table for the top portion) by screwing four screws into four holes using the Phillips screwdriver. Good construction. They're not as comfortable as I would have liked, but I'm not seated for long periods. We inquired before ordering concerning the weight limit to ensure they would last.

The table and chairs are beautiful and blend perfectly into the decor. They arrived on time and were the well packed only issue is after some time, the top of the chair where the handle is has begun to break up, leaving a 1/4 " wide crack in both the back and front pieces

I purchased two barstools to my niece
I purchased two barstools for my niece. I wasn't sure of the height I wanted to purchase. I decided to go with the height recommended by the company to be the standard bar height of an apartment. I wish I'd bought the size of 30 inches. The two barstools are too small, and they're not utilized. I'm not returning them due to the cost of shipping.
Bar stool ordered, but not made to order
I ordered a bar stool that was not a custom design until august, six weeks later. They claimed two weeks within two weeks. I checked again, and it said 7 Nov. 15. Nothing was canceled, but at least I received a refund. That's the only positive thing I can say about them.
American Chairs and Dinette Set
American Chairs provided a 48-inch laminate table and four dinette seats. We were delighted with the purchase. We have enjoyed dinner at the table every night since its arrival. Although we didn't intend for it to be our main dining room, the American Chairs set has made it a family favorite.
It's also made in America, which we love! Although it took a little longer than we expected, considering all the supply chain problems companies currently face, this was not an issue for us.
