I had a frustrating experience with AARDY that left me feeling scammed, which sadly seems to be the norm in the travel insurance industry. Just hours before our long-awaited trip, our flight was abruptly canceled, leaving us with no way to make it to our cruise. It was an impossible situation to navigate. Error correction
For less than half of the price of the insurance available at the time of purchase, I purchased travel insurance that provides more coverage. Instead of receiving a policy for my spouse and me, the police arrived with two policies for me. The company was responsive via email the next day with promises of error correction.

My husband called me back the next day to inform him that I had made an error on the final payment date for the auto quote form. He had mistakenly entered 2022 instead of 2020 on the form.

Your company and employees should not be trusted if they fail to verify customer information three times and issue the correct quote three times. Aaron caught the error and explained it, but your other employees require training or a working mind to do a credible task.
